We will require an initial payment to cover our overhead. This will begin after the free initial evaluation meeting with the client. We will reduce this amount from our success fee, which will be collected at closing.

This is dependent on Asset Class & status as determined by our evaluation team. Fees decrease as the amount of assets increase. This includes ongoing management, planning and plan execution.

This will be determined after the 3 audits referred to on the loan workout page.
For clients who have a specific task or need a blueprint and/or advice but will execute the plan themselves.
A flat fee for creating a comprehensive financial plan, with no ongoing management included.
The consultant is paid based on a percentage of the total amount of capital placed minus any Capital Package Retainer or other fee paid.
A set price for a specific service package, regardless of asset size but focused on a final outcome. Each contract is specific to the client’s needs. Rather than ongoing investment management, this concentrates on a funding goal/event.
