"A" and Alternate "A" Lending

GPA Capital offers both "A" real estate Loans as well as Alternate "A". Simply put, "A" is traditional, very “bank-like” where everything is proven out and double/triple checked and balanced to the Nth degree. Whereas this is for some people and we love them, only 28% of loans can fit into this category. When we use alternate documentation to achieve the same result it’s called “Alt A”.
